Merchandise:
All merchandise orders are final. Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted for brand new, unworn and unopened products. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Limited sizes and stock is available, so please ensure you choose wisely.

Game Tickets:
Once you have submitted and paid for your order, your order is final and no refunds or cancellations will be permitted should you change your mind or are unable to attend the game(s). Should the game be cancelled or rescheduled, a refund or replacement ticket will be made available at the purchaser’s request.

Payment Method:
All payments are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are processed through our secure credit card payment gateway, provided by Stripe. We do not hold or store any credit card information at any time.

International Orders:
We will review international orders on a case by case basis, due to the complexity of international freight. Please email us at [email protected] if you wish to place an order and you are not within New Zealand. All orders must be shipped to a physical address (PO boxes are not permitted)

Can I Pick Up My Order?
No. We do not offer pickups, however, may from time to time offer the jerseys for sale at special events.

Can I Customise My Merchandise Order?
We do not offer the ability to customise your jersey order (eg: order a jersey with your name or number). Should you wish to have your jersey customised, there are many companies within Auckland that offer this service for an additional charge – please contact us as we are more than happy to point you in the right direction.
